Alison Morgan QC advised the jury: “The prosecution alleges that Julia should have seen her attacker, the defendant, ready within the woods. 

“He was in the identical location that he had been in earlier than. This time, he was armed with the big and apparent steel railway jack.

The jury was proven an image from bodycam footage of police arriving on the scene of Julia James’ physique.
